May be ..... I spent a long time trying the first method to no avail ... someone else posted the SD card trick IIRC and i gave it a go - bingo!

If I may make a correction to the above ...... I found that the above advice did not work for my machine (mine is about 6 months old - Australian ) I had to remove the SD memory card THEN "To get to the clinician menu, turn the big knob to setup. Then press and hold the big knob and the ramp buttons...

Jdm5, The machine could be a great machine if the patient software is made available and the annoying beeps and clicks were eliminated. An option to have an on/off back light to the LCD screen would be nice too since i have to use a flashlight to read the LCD screen. My wife hates all the lights sh...
