I would never get a duplicate machine -- if it's the only chance you get to try a different make and model (although in five years they will all be different....) so I would switch. The new one may end up being your favorite and the old one become the backup. Based on features and noise, etc., alon...

G'day My Machine has started to stop a few times in the night followed by a few beeps then it starts up again -with me wide awake of course. Best way to clean filter material
What is the best way to clean the air inlet filter material?
I have just been dusting the surface by hand but I was wondering if cleaning it in water would help or destroy it?
BTW - I live a long way from CPAP supply store and my machine is a PR system one aflex
