Re: f20 issues
I'll echo the feedback someone gave me last night. I reached out to Aeroflow Sleep. They were in network and so far I'm really enjoying working with them. As far as the mask... I am using the F20. I'm trying out the F&P Vitera. I used to use the Simplus, and this is the newer version of that mask. I...

Re: Moved to new orleans - DME recs?
I moved from Albuquerque to New Orleans. My dme in NM does not ship to Louisiana. I have United healthcare. Anyone have recommendations for what supply company I should use here? Will I be required to go see a local doctor before having my supplies replenished? Lastly, I use the air touch f20. Migh...

Re: Moved to new orleans - DME recs?
Anyone have recommendations for what supply company I should use here? Find out which DMEs are in your insurance network. Will I be required to go see a local doctor before having my supplies replenished? No, but you will need to give the DME a prescription and probably proof of compliance. air tou...

Re: Clicking noise from humidifier chamber
The chamber I received on Friday has not clicked for two nights. If someone is having this issue, you may consider getting a new humidifier chamber first.

Re: STICKY...can't find distilled water? What can I do?
FYI - I bought a table top water distiller over 4 or 5 years ago on amazon. Have used it ever since. My parents liked it so much they even bought one. They run it for drinking water as the water where they live isn’t good.

Re: Clicking noise from humidifier chamber
This is happening to me and the rubber band seems to reduce the loudness of the noise by maybe 80%. Did this problem go away when you replaced the humidifier chamber? Yes it did. Mike Thanks so much for the update! I’m getting my replacement chamber today. In the meantime I had double wrapped the c...

Re: Clicking noise from humidifier chamber
If it were a "design flaw", Counting yours, I've seen one.. plus a mention by someone else who said he'd fixed his... in this thread. In may be some tolerance thing in the production, not a general flaw. I have the same problem, too, and the humidifier is assembled correctly. Using some appropriate...

I have used them twice. In fact, I just received my second machine from them this week. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Re: Six years in, time for a new machine/mask
So last night I tried my new machine and a new mask for me - the airtouch F20. I was surprised to see that the mask does not shoot a whole bunch of air out like it always used to happen. When did change happen in machines/masks? My husband was extremely happy and grateful to not have a ton of air bl...

Re: Six years in, time for a new machine/mask
Thanks! I’m pretty sure I’ll leave it be very happy with My greatly discounted 1 hour asv machine. The sleep reports on the screen and sleepy head data will have to do  I regularly only get a single bar on my machine. It takes about an hour before the data is viewable on the MyAir app, but ...

Re: Six years in, time for a new machine/mask
I am sorry but I have no idea how much cellular connection is needed to transmit to MyAir. Do check to make sure it isn't still in airplane mode if you haven't done that already. I don't use MyAir at all so I never really pay attention to the strength bars. I have always preferred the more comprehe...
