Kiralynx, went to AIr Products and begged. he hooked me up with the same machine sans the humidifier and came with a euro power pack,thank you so much. My vacation is saved. I just can't let the machine break or they charge me 1600 euro for it. Amsterdam tomorrow but I don't think I'll be taking it ...

Well I just got to Dublin , Ireland and my APAP broke. It just started turning on by itself when I hooked up an adapter to the power cord/ converter.It ramps up then ramps way down and the air stops flowing somtimes. Really could use some help on what to do here, I have 10 days left.

Thanks everyone, so the inverter CAN transform the 220 current to 110 with no additional equipment except for an adapter. No need for a transformer then.

Traveling Overseas
So I will be bringing my RemStar M Series APAP to Ireland with me.
I was wondering , will the power cable supplied invert/convert power from the 220 outlets over there and all I need is an adapter ? or do I have to buy something else ???
The manual does not seem to tell me.

Hi everyone, I just flew out from San Fran to Omaha last night , went to bed and my Remstar M series APAP died. It won't go past 5 in pressure except maybe when I unplug it from the wall for a little bit then it will crank up to maybe 8 quickly then quickly back down to 5. I am here for a week and m...

Getting a new CPAP
So I'm switching DME's because of Health Ccverage and am gettting a new machine. Resmed S8 Vantage.
I have read reviews and it is a tiny machine,(APAP) I would like to here thought s about it on the boards. I am switching over from the Remstar Pro 2 fo rthe Resmed Vantage.

The DME that I was working with ( who was great, E-X REST) is no longer in my hmo network and I can't use them.
ANyone know where I can get CPAP supplis in or around San Francisco ? I am with United Health Care.

Travel CPAP
hi peeps, I have the CPAP in my sig , Remstar with mirage Swift nasal pillows, however I am looking to buy a travel CPAP and I can probably get teh Doctor to sign a new pres for an AUtoPAP machine for travel.
ANy suggestions ?? I assum I should stick with the same interface huh ???

My snores have been up in the hi hundreds lately last night i had 3000 !!!!!!!
AHI was 6 events per hour , any ideas ????

I am using My Encore and it is telling me I am snoring about 100 times a night, does that seem ok ??? SOmtimes less somtimes double.
