I just got my AirSense 10 and I cannot enable Smart Start. It doesn't respond when selected. It appears to be 'greyed' out. Does another feature or setting need to be activated to make it come on?

OK, that makes sense. I have tried other settings and Smartstart worked. Whic brings me back to my original question, is the sir flow (settings/delivery etc), still going to be OK?
