im used to sleeping on my arm all the time, after I stand up it will go away in minutes, this took 5-10 minutes to go away, thats why it scared me

Only other symptom is horrible anxiety, What do you mean what does my data say... how can I look at that?

I slept HORRIBLE last night, why?
I slept very bad last night, I woke up 2 hours after I went to bed and could not fall into a deep sleep, I didnt drink alcohol, smoke a cigaret or have caffeine. I did wake up with some sweats, but I dont feel sick.... Anyknow ever have this happen. I used my cpap also, I tried W.O the machine too b...

Waking up at 2am with left arm pins and needles
Hi everyone. I went to bed and fell asleep last night around 12:15 with my cpap machine, I took an ambien and melatonin to fall asleep, I woke up at 230 pm and never really fell back into a deep sleep. My left arm had bad pins and needles but it wouldnt go away *didnt seem to be from me sleeping on ...

i have not taken 5-htp, Only because I couldnt find it a few years ago. In a book I read that it was good.... did it cause more panic attacks for you?

Thanks again for the insight! its usually 60 degrees in my room at night, whatever it is outside it seems to be in my room. I think I need new insulation Missouri huh? arnt there snakes there? i hate those things. So this red line on my nose will go away in the future? if i keep using it? thanks! matt
