Re: Quattro FX headgear
Thanks. I have had the mask for probably close to a year. The past couple months I sleep fine until around 5am or so. Then it starts leaking and I can't get it to stop. And I can't velcro it any tighter b/c i have run out of room. I'll probably try the small head gear. If it doesn't work I will go b...

Quattro FX headgear
Is there an alternative to the headgear that comes with this mask? I have a medium but it always gets stretched. I guess I just need to order a small and see if it works better

Does all the data really help you?
What i mean is this. I have a remstar m series machine. Thats what the medical supply people gave me and said it is the best one out there. i didn't know anything about them at the time. then I come on here and see that almost everybody is tracking these "stats" on their machines. Mine isn't capable...

I'm still holding out hope that getting my Tonsils and Adenoids out will help me. My ENT doc thinks my apnea is from my tonsils being so big.

Re: New Mask
i am at a 9 pressure with a resmed m series
I actually didn't have any leak problems with the fitlife. Even if I rolled onto my side. It was pretty comfortable. I have a large. I don't think a small would help at all.

New Mask
OK, I have the Quattro. It was the first mask I had (for about 6 months). I have gotten used to it but still take it off in the middle of the night at some point most nights. I can live with it but I want to know if there is something better out there for me. I tried the Liberty long ago. I always h...

Re: Quattro Question
Yes it's normal, it's a good indicator that you have the mask adjusted correctly especially if you don't have any leaks. If you don't feel it, then you've got the mask too tight. I run a pressure of 10 with C-flex set to 3 and I can feel it. Thanks for the responses everyone. Rusty, it looks like w...

Quattro Question
Is it normal that when you exhale that you feel the mask push out? its hard to explain but I think if it is normal you will know what I am talking about. Its almost like there are not enough holes for the exhale to exit. I have to have it super tight for it not to do it.I can sometime actually feel ...

Re: Just Got a Liberty Mask
Well last night was my second night. Started off well. Got to sleep quicker but rolled over to my back at about 3 am and got hit with a gush of water! I had the hose up over the head board(about 3 feet) to try and prevent rainout. I guess I will have to turn down my humidity. Needless to say I was p...

I was wondering if anybody had any research that linked sleep apnea and GERD.
Also, I'm wondering the same thing in regards to seizures.
