Help needed interpreting data/making adjustments

This is my first time abstracting the data from my machine. Now that I have the data I don't know how to properly interpret it and what if any changes should be made from the findings so I can improve on my therapy.I hope I'm forwarding the correct info?? Yes I have been checked head to toe by an internist and an endricinologist. I just completed in depth physicals. Additionally, I average 6-7 hours of sleep.

Well I have been cpap compliant for about 7-8 months. Due to ongoing significant fatigue I have been checked head to toe from several doctors and physically I am in good shape.However,This fatigue is debilitating.
