If you're willing to try a nasal pillow interface I'd recommend the Aeiomed Headrest - essentially nothing touches your face.

I will say for me the Headrest has been a Godsend...I can't seem to tolerate a mask (nasal or full face) on me - I've tried the Hybrid, Ultramirage full...

You might want to also consider the Aeiomed Headrest. XL pillows are available, and nothing touches your face. I have no problems sleeping on my back or sides with it.
