Re: TMJ *and* FFM xPAP?
Yes it is a nasal mask not a ff. I know there are some people on this board who tape their mouths shut. I think they use the blue painters tape.

Re: TMJ *and* FFM xPAP?
Jeff - I have TMJ pain as well as other mouth and facial pain. I have been on CPAP for about 4 1/2 months and have gone through 5 masks trying to find one that will work and not give me so much pain. I have been using the Respironics EasyLife mask for about 2 1/2 weeks now and I love it. You don't h...

Re: Respironics EasyLife Nasal Mask
I have been using the EasyLife for 2+ weeks now and I LOVE IT!!! It is my 5th mask since starting treatment the end of September and is by far the most comfortable for me. I have a lot of facial pain and for me this mask doesn't aggravate it.

Water in mask without humidifier on
I have the new Respironics EasyLife mask and I totally love it but I have had a moisture problem the last couple of nights. I haven't been using my humidifier for about a week and the last couple of nights have woke up with moisture in my mask. I read some of the posts on this forum about hose cover...

Re: please help with back and lower back pain
Have you tried a massage? I have chronic neck and jaw pain from an accident and if it wasn't for my weekly torture, oops I mean massage , sessions I would not get any sleep at all.

Re: No memory of taking off mask
I can sympathize with you. I not only would take my mask off and not remember I would sometimes wake up in the morning with an entirely different mask on. Blows my mind that I can completely disconnect one mask, hook up another and put it on with no idea that I have done it.

Re: Exhaling with the Swift LT
I have only been using a CPAP for a few months but have gone through 5 different masks in that time. One of them was the Swift LT and I had the same issues. Every night when I would put it on I would start to hyperventilate and would end up going back to my first mask which made my facial pain worse...

Respironics EASYLIFE mask is a DREAM come true
I was diagnosed with OSA in September and started treatment the end of that month. I started with the Respironics Comfort Gel which gave me a great seal but was very uncomfortable due to all the facial pain that I have. I then switched to the Swift LT nasal pillows but it causes me to hyperventilate...
