The chin strap came with my mask. Perhaps you should ask your provider about where the chin strap is. I would think it should come with the mask.

My sleep center left me use the Liberty for a few days. I liked it. On Thursday I have an appointment with my DME to be fitted for the Liberty. I am using the Quartto now it is OK but I think the Liberty will be much better.
