Re: Leaky amara view mask are you
The Amara View mask snaps into the frame and should not leak. Reinstall your mask into the frame until you are sure it's in as far as it will go. If it leaks, then the frame is warped and needs replaced. You can get the frames and mask on Amazon without a RX.

Go to Cpap.com and check out the Amara View. Note, any size mask will fit the headgear and you can order replacements separately. All at a reasonable price for out of pocket purchase.

Re: Merry Christmas everybody!
Growing up in the 50's are my best memories of Christmas. My parents were in their late 20's My Dad had three sisters and Aunt Betty was the youngest and wildest. He loved them very much and they would always come in from out of town at Christmas. Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins all at our house on Chris...

Re: still no sleep
You might try the Breathe Right strips for some relief before your Dr. visit. You can find them most anywhere that sell meds. Pretty much helps anytime for nasal congestion by helping to keep the nostrils open wider. Just sayin, in desperation I would give them a try, I always keep some around with ...

This is the link to the clinician manual for checking and chageing your settings.
I noticed that both previous links were to the User manual. (oops)

Re: Need advise on Dreamstation
Yes. Your machine is likely in A-Trial or C-Check mode. You can verify and change the Cpap Mode and settings by entering the Clinician Menu. I am going to post links to the User Manual and the Clinician Manual which is a website link to copy and paste into your browser. If these fail then a google s...

Thanks Chunkyfrog,
I think you may have referred to a google search, which does often bring you right back here to an older thread. Great point that google search is a better search engine.

Hints On Using The Search Option
Hello all, As you can see, I don't post much at all. I read daily the new post but in the past I have used the search box for research for answers for various problems as they came up. The search box is at the very top of the front page at the left margin. It's not very user friendly so I created th...

Re: moving oximetry data to sleepyhead
xxyzx wrote; "it found the device but did not do anything with the data only said to push the upload option which does not exist" Often when sleepyhead has found the device it will say that it's under a different name on a popup. Ignore this by clicking the ok button and the download will proceed. (...

Re: moving oximetry data to sleepyhead
xxyz You are correct, the 50d+ does not have a download data option in the menu. The procedure is very simple, sleepyhead will find and download the data. In the 50d+ menu set the date and time to match your xpap machine's date and time before you record. You have to download your machine data first...
