I ordered my M Series Pro machine from our host site and got it today! Finally I can start tracking my nightly data!
Should I enable C-Flex even though it was not prescribed for me? They set it for my prescribed pressure of 9 and C-Flex setting of 2. Should I keep it that way?

Re: Does M Series Pro provide useful data w/o the software?
Thanks for the replies. I have to get a Respironics M Series Pro because I assume I can use my present heated humidifier with it, otherwise I'd be open to other machines. One more question: I've seen mention of the Encore Pro 1.8 software. If it's not the same as the Encore Viewer, would it work wit...

Re: DME has my Rx & is waiting for insurance approval!
Thanks. I'm so frustrated! I talked to my insurance company, who assured me that as long as I have a prescription for a certain machine and features, they'll pay for it. I then called and left a message with my sleep doc's office, begging them to write me a new prescription for a Respironics M-Serie...

They gave me the phone number of the DME and I called them about the status of the order. They do have the order and are just waiting f...

Re: Newbie waiting for Rx for my equipment
Thank you so much for all the great replies! I just spoke to my insurance company who said they will pay for my CPAP machine with a $20 copay, any machine (but I have a yearly limit of $5000 for DME), if that is my prescription. I'm now waiting for a call back from the sleep clinic, but left a messa...

Newbie waiting for Rx for my equipment
Hi everyone, This is my first post, but I've been reading this forum a lot for the past few days. I've had two sleep studies done. The first one diagnosed me as having moderate sleep apnea, 21 AHI. Last Thursday night, I went in to get titrated. I tried the nasal pillow first, and in the lowest sett...
