Thanks to all who responded thought they were near apneas. Nothing like posting to really show how uniformed you really are.

For the month I have used the remstar apap with cflex I have only had one near apnea. Is this common? Wouldn't more near apneas be a good thing as the machine is stopping the apneas. My Oai is between 1 and 4 and in the morning the pressure is so high the mask squeaks. Wondering if I would do better...

In the last 4 months I have had only 1 near apnea. Does this mean the my remstar autopap is not working well. My oai varies from 1-4 and I feel very good using the machine but I would think there would be more cases where I almost had an apnea and the machine would stop it.
