I am having trouble keeping on the nasal pillows all night. I wake up with mouth full of air and need to blow it out and feel maybe the pressures are too high. The resmed is set from 4-10 and when I wake up like this it is 9 or 10. Is it because the machine is variable and I don't need it that high?...
