I start my auto bipap sv tonight. Is there a way to go into the unit to see the results tomorrow morning like you can on the Resmed units?

Or do you have to have the smart card and the software to check any data?

That was the explanation I was thinking about too, that the brain was now used to better sleep and now it wakes me up because it is starving for air.

I had a study done last week on the Auto Bipap SV and the next day around lunch time I had a pain in what felt like my right lung for 24 - 36 hours. Has this happened to others? Is this common?

I am just concerned if I go on this unit full time what the effects will be.

So here are my results from last night:

I changed the lower end of the pressure to 9 (from and the EPR to 1 (from 3)

Pressure 10.8

Leak .34

AHI 21.6

AI 5.7

HI 15.9

It really seems like nothing I do makes any improvement.

Am I just a lost cause?

Any suggestions?
