RemZzz's great
I have been using the RemZzz's pads for about a month now. These are soft cotton knit pads that you place between the mask and your face. They feel so much better than the silicone of the mask. For me, they also stop air leaks around the mask. They are very easy to use, just follow the directions on...

Re: EPR3
Rooster or anyone, Can you explain what the C-Flex setting for a REMstar Pro means? I read your response and still do not understand. Is it easier to exhale on setting 1 or 3? And is it better to make the exhale easier or harder? Sorry, I am really confused on this. I am having some problem with air...

Re: Need help from the ladies!!
I also have rosacea. At night I use the topical medications that my dermatologist prescribes. And I also use either Olay Complete all day moisture for SENSITIVE skin. My dermatologist recommended this moisturizer. But, be careful to get the sensitive skin version...there is an Olay Complete (regular...

Hi,
Has anyone tried the PapCap instead of mouth taping? It is similar to a chin strap only much better. You can see it online; they have a website at http://www.pur-sleep.com
Sweet dreams

Re: UPDATE: Respironics FullLife Mask - Release on July 20
Hi Sleepngo, Thanks for the information about cleaning the mask and other equipment. The respiratory therapist told me to use baby wipes on my mask, but I think washing it sounds like a better idea. Looked for the 3M surgical tape but Walgreens did not have it. I will have to keep looking. Thanks, R...

Re: UPDATE: Respironics FullLife Mask - Release on July 20
Hi Sleepngo, Thanks for the suggestion about the 3/4 inch 3M surgical tape for the bridge of the nose. I do have a slight problem there. I will get some tomorrow! You mentioned washing the head gear, would you tell me how you wash it? What in? I am a newbie to posting and so I hope that I am doing t...

Re: UPDATE: Respironics FullLife Mask - Release on July 20
Thank you jdm2857 for the post about the add-on headgear clip for Respironics masks. I ordered some today for my FullLife mask. I think that these will make it much easier to take the mask on and off without unduly stretching the straps.

Re: UPDATE: Respironics FullLife Mask - Release on July 20
Review of FullLife Mask. I just got this mask yesterday. I will begin by saying that I love this mask, it is the best that I have ever tried, but it is a bit challenging to adjust. However, I think it is well worth the effort. I must say that adjusting the headgear is a challenge. I watched the vide...
