Wow! What a difference!

After 3 nights with my new (used) machine, for the first time in years I feel rested. I have slept so well. And thanks to Wulfman, I was able to get my machine set up right. I had a hard time imagining what I must look like sleeping with this apparatus on, but I just don't care anymore. I sleep too ...

provider's manual

I'm new to this c-pap thing. I got mine from someone else but they didn't have the manuals. I found the user's manual online, but can't find a provider's manual. Would any of you out there have one for a RemStar pro2 Auto that you'd be willing to share?

Alcohol is known to disrupt REM sleep - the restful kind. I find that if I have wine before bed, I go to sleep fine, but wake up halfway through the night and can't get back to sleep.
