Re: More sleep - more tired !!!
Hi there! Boy can I relate, as I'm sure many here can. Although I am a Newbie to CPAP, I thought I'd just throw in here a personal thought: Could you possibly also have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? Personally, I had my sleep study for a couple of reasons and one was to rule out that syndrome. With only...

Update
Hi everyone! I just wanted to report that I'm doing much better after two more nights on CPAP. I am averaging 5.5 hours of sleep per night with it, and I'm starting to feel better during the day!! I do have one question. My husband reported that I was snoring at 6:30 this morning. Does this mean my ...

Newbie-1st night was the pitts
I was so excited. I received my new Rem Star Pro and a full face mask-a Fisher Paykal Forma. I must admit, I went to my appointment convinced I was just going to need a small mask covering my nose and even wanted to move quickly into Nasal Pillows. Not a good choice for me, at least not at this poin...

Contour Pillow
Quick question...I'm thinking of purchasing a contour pillow for CPAP users. I am a stomach sleeper and thought this may help me to be able to continue sleeping on my stomach.
Has anyone purchased/used one of these pillows? Are they worth the $60 or so that they cost?
Thanks!!

Re: Telling youg children why you have a cpap
Thank you for bringing up this topic. I have a 3 year old Granddaughter who often spends the night with me. To make matters worse, we just bought her a 4 piece bedroom set, and she is transitioning into sleeping in a "big girl" bed in a room by herself. I will be sleeping in a room just across the h...
