Good news! It seems that popping it open made something work. That means I now have time to go to my dr, get a requisition, go do a sleep test, and then get the government to pay for a new one. Long live medicare for all LOL Thank you for your help!!

Okay...here's the thread where they talked about fixing the heater problem on the 50 series machine and I believe same steps would be involved with the 60 series. Oh, I always had a heated hose, and the same brand, too. Something must have changed in their processes.
