Re: A few ResScan 3.10 questions
I have changed the graph ranges on some of my graphs in Summary and Detailed views, and the new ranges have stuck. But for some reason, the ranges for Leak and Pressure go back to defaults in the Summary Graphs view only. I do not recall how I changed the ranges for AHI, because my range range did ...

Re: Телочки на эротических фотографиях
According to translate.google.com the thread title was "Heifers on erotic photos"...perhaps google has mistranslated heifers instead of sheep, in which case we may be missing out on some kind of innovative russian sleep onset therapy?

Re: Another dumb question. Flow limitation.
Since you have an S9 you may be interested in ResMed's definition of flow limitation: http://www.resmed.com/in/clinicians/compliance_and_efficacy/autoset-technology.html?nc=dealers Wikipedia: " Respiratory minute volume (or minute ventilation, or flow of gas) is the volume of air which can be inhale...

"Sleep problems are common in individuals with tinnitus but it is not known if they can be seen as a reaction to the acoustic percept of tinnitus disturbing normal sleep, or if there are common causes."

Re: ResScan10 - where is the data?
Hi ronflon, I'm not sure if the folder location would be the same in Win7, but on my older Windows machine, the file that holds patient data is located in C:\Program Files\ResMed\ResScan3\Patients. On my Win7 installation (64 bit, Professional), the patient database file (patient.db) is in the dire...

Re: ResScan10 - where is the data?
I'm not sure how the S8 stores its data, but to answer your other question, in ResScan 3.10 there is a data export facility - on the Menu: File/Export that allows you to export summary data. You can find the instructions for it in ResScan's own Help menu. I've never used the export facility but it l...

ResMed's own website has the product brochures for both models, as well as show-and-tell videos etc.

To Bill Bolton: I'm with gpk, please focus on sharing and helping. That being said, I can't leave what you said go without comment. I've have (sic) certainly posted when I see an unsupportable assertion..... such as the one above.... which have been appearing all too frequently in these threads. Tha...

Re: Question for S9 data users
And the thing is... if ResMed is correct that the bug resides in ResScan Software itself... then everyone has the Skew that uses the software... not just a few (some?) (many?)...no... all. Not necessarily - the issue could be dependent on the software and hardware environment on the PC that is runn...

Re: Reverse-engineering Oximetry for ResScan 3.10. Can we do it?
A quick web search yields: Vt = Tidal Volume, RR = Respiratory Rate, MV = Minute Volume, Exp Pressure = Expiratory Pressure I'm not sure about the two mask pressures Doh! I should have looked closer. Thanks alterego61. So that means they've elected not to show Tidal Volume, Resp Rate or Expiratory ...

Re: Wierd but, stomach ache?
I used to get aerophagia when the pressure was set too high, also before I had a machine with EPR.
Here's a decent article on the topic:

Gerry, thanks, if ResMed confirms it's an S9 problem I might do that. I'm not going to take a day off work to do so if it's still possible the problem lies with ResScan though.

S9 Autoset - First 0.0 AHI Night Ever!
After 3 weeks with my new S9 Autoset I just had my first 0.0 AHI night, ever. I'm pumped, literally! I've been experimenting with pressure range, EPR and climate settings and it seems now I have hit the sweet spot. I had a few 0.x AHI nights on my previous machine, an S8 Autoset II, but never absolu...
