Yes! I was just posting about that under another topic. I don't really get headaches, but I do feel like I have a "stuffy" head, and sometimes experience painful pressure in my ears. A lot like being on a plane! I would LOVE to know what this is from and how to fix it!!

I also get a runny nose in the mornings from time to time.
And I also get the trouble with my ears.... like they need to pop or something. I'm assuming it's something to do with the pressure. How can I stop this annoyance??

I have a problem with taking my mask off during the middle of the night as well. I go to sleep with the mask on, but wake up with it off... and I never remember taking it off. I hope you can find someone to help you, because I want help too! lol

So this may be a stupid question, but I'm a newbie and was wondering... Does it really matter what kind of water you put into your humidifier? My doctor told me I had to use distilled water.
