Personally Caroline, if it weren't for websites like this and people having things to sell (advertise), you wouldn't know things exist to help you along in life. All I really expect / need is a decent nights sleep. The first sleep study was done with no drugs and no cpap. I never reached REM sleep, and fell into the severe category of sleep apnea.
