Okay, doing even more digging and found that the ResScan 3.7 (RESMED PRODUCTS) is compatible only with 32-bit operating systems. It is not compatible with Windows Vista 64-bit operating system.
Is anyone using Win7 64bit OS and using a monitoring software???
