Re: Leg cramps
Back when I was pregnant my doctor told me legs cramps were caused by a lack of calcium. I take " ultra bone up" supplements by Jarrow with Mg, Ca, vit K, vit D, etc whenever I get leg cramps, they disappear in a few days.

New Machine
Hi guys. I've had a RemStar C-flex for 8 years now. Thinking of upgrading and adding a humidifier.
I am considering the S9 AutoSet™ CPAP Machine with H5i™ Heated Humidifier for Her with air fit P10 mask. Anyone using this combo?
How do you like it? Any drawbacks?
Thanks.

Re: Teeth Grinding
I am a serious grinder even with CPAP. So my dentist hooked me up with a snore gaurd. It pretty much locks my jaw in place, making it to where top and bottom teeth cannot meet. I got it because I also have trigeminal neuralgia, and think the grinding sets off the painful episodes. (try this first be...

Re: Newbie - Titration Study tomorrow night
Just an FYI, I was put on antidepression meds for 18 years. My husband thought I needed a sleep study. Sure enough I probably hadn'st slept all night in 30 years. A month after getting my CPAP I was able to decrease my meds by half. I have waited for a year and am currently decreasing again, (no mor...

hmmm. now that makes more sense. I can't believe that panty hose stops the leaking. Is that for when you change sleeping positions? What is interesting about this is I told my DME about the first swift leaking, where the O rings are and she just gave me a new one, sent the first one back. Haven't ha...

Ramping
Can I set the ramp on APAP to something other than 0,2,3,4, or 5 hours? I thought I had the option of 0-45 minutes. I don't understand how the machine is set and apparently can't understand the directions either.
Thanks for the help
