THX.for explaining.. my desats. in recent sleep study was above 92 % .. and no obstructive or central apneas but with autoset S9, i am seeing a few obstructive as well as centrals... flow limitations as well.. however with settings u mentioned above.. centrals have decreased both in duration and qua...

I'm not a doctor, so take my advice with that in mind. I think you really meant your pressure range was 5-9, but maybe EPR is giving you that extra CM of pressure. First make sure your leaks are as well controlled as possible, and also make sure you are not mouth breathing 9Use chinstrap, tape mout...

central apneas at end of decrese flow wave ?

Being new to cpap.. i see frequent central apneas ( duration ranges from 20 to 30 second) only at the termination of decrese flow wave. on my sleep study i have RDI= 25 with no apnea and few hypopnea ... and being tired all day ... a trial of auto is started ... not sure if cpap is more helpful for ...

infact i am not able to bring flow label on the detailed view or navigation window.. How can i bring up FLOW on DETAILED VIEW AND NAVIGATION View.

hi everyone, i got my S9 Auto a couple of days ago.. in the resscan software 3.11 there are some examples of Patients... i see that their flow signal is just like i saw in the sleep lab... but in my autoset S9, i dont see Flow label rather there is minute ventilation which i think is the same... but...

i am a night shift worker... so i am sleeping when data log changes (resets) at 12.00 noon. is it possible to reset time on S9 to keep data during day.

hi dear, i have RDI = 25 but no apnea and hypopnea .... Still i feel tired and decrease memory and concentration.... i have ordered Resmed S9 auto-Pap... Is the FLOW Limitation is same as RERA/UARS and can S9 detect these accurately or i have to use RESCAN for it............ So any thoughts about us...

Are you aware that there is a factor in purchasing a machine that is much more important than the noise level? You need a machine that is "fully data capable" and has optional software that will monitor apneas, hypopneas, snores, mask leak and pressure. Without data capability you don't know whethe...

Thanks for The links .. they are really helpful... bootom line is lowest noise is less 24 db on resmed elite 2 and auto-set 2.

Any such link for Mask noise comparison if available, pls. let me know

hi,

i want to buy my first cpap machine. my pressure is 7 cm h20. i am very sensitive to humming noise by Cpap machines.
Please Advice from ur experience ... a quiet cpap

are Auto machines more quieter than regular cpap units.
