Your doctor will send a prescript to the DME telling them at what pressure to set the machine. I didn't have any of the tape so I took a big piece of Sam's Wrap and placed it under my nose and then halfway around my face then I put the mask on. I bought a Hybrid and couldn't use it because of the high pressure that I am on. Suggest you try one if at all possible before you buy one.

I was having lots of problems so I called the support number on the package and the guy set it up remotely from his end. Don't beat you head against the wall call a guy who gets paid to do it.
