My sinuses are always at least somewhat closed. And it gets worse when I am in a horizontal position. So. I went straight for a Mirage Quattro. Works great.
Do you have access to a FullFace Mask?

Shallow Breath; AVAPS or BiPAP AutoSV?

With the Autoset II my Apneas are gone. However, I still wake up every hour and my breathing is extremely shallow, when I do. The rhythm seems normal but it can't be more than a mouth full of air that I move. I feel stressed enough to need 10 minutes before I can sleep again. HI is still above 6. Co...

I will probably use Isopropyl alcohol. Or Ethanol, not sure yet.

Does that come from Respironics or has it something to do with the airline? TIA
