I have not slept yet. I will try the hot cocoa and the mind game. I have an appt. tomarro so I will discuss meds. I am on anxiety meds already. I don't know if the apnea is making me have attacks or not. But I have a few lately. I just want to sleep.

I have a Dr. Appt. on thursday, I will ask her then.
The mask doesn't really bother me, I'm just focusing on being awake. The more I think about it the more I can't fall asleep.

The nasal mask. My pressure is at 5. I do take meds for anxiety, but the whole cpap is making it worse. I'm going to try to get meds from my physician.
