I can get my mask to fit perfectly one night - then the next (no adjustments) it's not right.

I think my head changes overnight LOL.

But it's getting better every day and it has really helped my asthma - too hot here just now and lots of smog so breathing is bad ;o)

Flexfit 406 - new mask

Hi - got the new mask on Wednesday and it was great - wonderful - super - for the first night. I didn't change anything but on the second night I got leaks everytime I changed position in bed ... and I got so frustrated I gave dh a bop on the head because he was sleeping to close to me ( Last night ...

Good idea - I will try butchering a cheap pair and adding the elastic - its the only way I can fall asleep so getting desperate, tytyty

Wow Jeff - thank you - we had a look at the site (wow monacles are expensive!) but it has given Dh an idea - we could just get this one solved tonight. Will keep you posted.

AHI numbers

Do the AHI readings (I check in the morning when I turn the CPAP off) mean that is how many I had during the night - the whole 8 hour session?

I like to read before going to sleep - it makes me tired ) The trouble is I can't do that with the mask - anyone have any suggestions for making glasses fit on top of a nasal mask??? I could do it with the the nasal pillows but they didnt work out to well. I can't even imaqgine what it might look li...

TY all. What brought me to the doctor for sleep apnea was two mini strokes. She didn't associate the two until DH read something abut strokes and apnea. I am feeling better already and it is helping with the asthma as well - I can actually feel my lungs expanding and taking in the good air. Life is ...

Thanks - that looks sort of good - I just need to point it down and I will be fine - now I have to go in search of filter material - got my eye o my big air purifier now lol.
