Re: Want to Trade Masks
Thanks Joe50. I have been to CPAPAuction and have been able to find some stuff. Since I have the two masks that did not work for me, I figured I could get some use out of them. I do not want the bother of selling the masks and I figured a trade was the best way to go. I am still hopeful that I can f...

Want to Trade Masks
I have two ff masks that I am willing to trade for either a Small Quattro or any other comparative sized ff mask. Sorry but no Hybrids need apply. I tried that and it did not work for me. Both masks were used about one week each. 1. Ultra Mirage Medium 2. Ultra Mirage Small I am willing to listen to...

Re: OT but related--favorite diet?
The No S Diet. Can be researched at nosdiet.com. The basic idea is no sweets, no snacks, and no seconds except on days that start with S. It is more of a new way to eat than a diet. Although, it can help you loose weight if you want/need to. Since I have enough trouble finding things I can eat (need...

Re: HELP! My wife kicked me out of the bedroom :(
Why did your wife kick you out of the bedroom?? If it is noise, I use a white noise machine to mask the cpap noise. If it is because you wake repeatedly, then I agree that extra time with the cpap will help you adjust. Do you make a lot of noise when you get up during the night? It is a skill to be ...

Re: Sidesleepers - Strange, but Worked
Can we please maintain a sense of respect towards women on this website? It would be nice. If you want that kind of talk, and to post such pictures, there's plenty of other sites on the web where you can do that. I want to read about treating my sleep apnea. I'm not interested in dirty-old men joke...

Re: How old were you when
I was 46 in July of 2009. I have probably had sleep apnea for some time though. My husband has periodically complained of my snoring (freight train) over the past 25 yrs of marriage. Glad to be on therapy and getting better. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to answer questions! Cobalt Panther

Re: How Often Should I Download My Smart Card?
Komodo, I check my data every day. I will admit though it is mainly because I am still having issues. It is not because I am OCD! I mean just because I can't wait to look at my results every day and see how i did the night before.... Honestly, if I get to a point where i feel great and I stop waking...

Re: font size for website
Guaranteed for Firefox users, and Firefox will remember your settings... Secret Agent Girl, You are so right I used Muse-Inc's suggestion and then signed off the internet. I just went online a little while ago and brought up the forum. Lo and behold my settings for the font size were still there Th...

Re: font size for website
This tip works for most Windows programs: hold down CONTROL and roll the mouse wheel to increase or decrease the size of the text in the opened window or application. It's temporary but after you remember to use it, it's second nature. Muse-Inc, That is so cool I will have to remember that Rooster,...

Re: FFM's and hose routing from above?
Ozij, I am so glad that I can be of help to you. I have a hose hanger (Hose Lift $22 est) and I love it. I find it much easier to sleep since I don't have to worry about the hose. I tend to toss and turn quite a lot sometimes. The hose hanger allows me to roll back and forth with no problems. It is ...

Re: What diet tips
Pristie, A great place to start is the NoSDiet. It can be found at nosdiet.com. The premise is no sweets, no snacks, no seconds except on days that start with S (Saturday, Sunday, Special days) I have tried many diets and they are tough to do for the long haul. Since i am dairy, soy and gluten intol...

Re: font size for website
Thank you all who replied. When I sign off of the internet, Firefox clears all temp files and cookies automatically. So, I have to log in when I come to the site. It will remember my login and password but it will not log me on automatically. I do not mind having to log in myself. What I would like ...

font size for website
I just learned how to adjust the font size for the entire forum website. THANK YOU OZIJ My next question is this. Can the change be saved? I want the website to remember my selection of font size so that I don't have to adjust it every time I log in. Is this possible? Am I asking too much? Cobalt Pa...
