I have received a link to Encore Basic, which works great.
Thanks

Encor Viewer on Windows 7 , 64 bit
I just got a new computer with Windows 7, 64 bit. Encore Ver 1 worked on my Windows 7, 32 bit machine. I have tried to use the program compatibility setup and had no success.
Can it be made to work on a 64 bit machine? Also I could not get EncorePro v. 1.8.49 to work.
Thanks
Bob

Dang I must be old. I remember when "A" drive was a 5 1/4" floppy that was floppy. Then the "HIGH' capacity 3 1/2" floppies appeared. For Historians only: From an "archaic observer": The 3 1/2" Floppy Drive has always been Drive 'A', the substitute in software for the Card Reader (if you don't remem...

Re: Review of Regenesis Pillow (PurSleep.com) - Coming Soon!
I have been using mine for a couple of months also. I was always looking for the perfect pillow even before I started with the hose. I had neck problems with most pillows, I'm a side sleeper. Since I have been using the Regenesis pillow I have had almost no pain, it also works great with my mask.

Re: Have not heard from Doc since sleep study!
I've been on the HOSE for 131 days. I have never spoke with my sleep Dr. I have never even seen him. I got my prescription and was setup with a DME through my insurance, UHC. Unlike a lot of people I have good luck with my DME. I don't know if I'll ever speak with the DR. I can get all my questions ...

Re: Erasing Previously Stored Data
I believe you need to erase the card to get rid of the data. I don't know if you can set the hours on the machine back to zero, I don't think so.
Do you have the card reader and software?

Re: Pur-Sleep Regenesis Pillow - A Review
I started using one about 2 weeks ago. I had been looking for the `Perfect Pillow' before I was diagnosed with OSA. I have problems with my neck the are aggravated by head/neck position. I never thought I would spend this much money on a pillow. So far it is working pretty good I need to adjust the ...

Re: initial DME visit: documentation of policies?
Oddly enough I got 3 out of 5, as listed below. * a timetable for consumables replacement, * information regarding when and how much you will be billed, * information regarding how you go about getting new consumables? So far my DME has been pretty good, I got a good machine without even asking, and...

Re: Help with Encore Viewer please...
I have been using my card for 62 days, I have not reformatted and do not plan to. I'm not sure why "THEY" say to reformat weekly. Once you format all will be erased just like formatting a hard drive, if you want the info on the card you will need to upload the data back to the card. There has been s...

Pillow size comparison Swift LT & Breeze
I am currently using a Swift LT with medium pillows. In the great quest for the Holy Grail of Masks I'm going to try a Breeze. I will be ordering the Breeze and I don't know if a Breeze medium pillows are about the same size as the LT medium pillows. Since there is the option (which is cheaper) to b...

Re: Whats happens when Smartcard is full?
Now that the original question has been answered... Are we not UP loading the data from the card to the database? Then downloading it to a report... (You can't "download" in both directions, it would seem to me...) It seems that Up or Down is somewhat arbitrary in the definitions I looked up, but I...
