The hybrid mask hurt my nostrils. The air coming into the nose burnt my nostrils and irritated them, made them hurt. I had to use foam earplugs into the nose pillows to decrease the air into my nose. With that fix, it seems good thus far. best wishes.

Nope on the PCP. I'm student, no insurance until May 2010. About 6 months ago, when I self-diagnosed w/OSA, I went to my PCP (paid cash) to try and get Rx for machine. Got the Innomed Hybrid mask, it's MUCH better than my prior full face mask. 2 Questions: 1) How do you keep the headgear connected to the mask? The clips come off real easy. I notice last night the clips came off twice while sleeping... and if I tighter the straps any tighter, it will literally hurt...

Finally, after nearly 2 months of cpap, the morning achy back pain from top to bottom is finally gone. It was soooo awful. I thought it would never stop. What it shows me though is how more relaxed and restful sleep I'm getting compared to years and years of APNEA sleep.
