Finally! What a complete shock that this software actually came out!

I agree... it's very pricey.

But at least Respironics listened, and responded to what the end user was saying. It's just a shame they had to do it in complete silence. But at least it's finally here.

The part I found interesting was the comment about the color display and... "This means no more additional software to purchase".

So I wonder if this mean no more software from Resmed?

Andrew, I have been using the System One Humidifier since late August, and I have had no issues with it not delivering enough moisture. Like others have stated, I have actually turned it down. The room temperature and humidity will effect it. But it will never rain out. So it just might be different...

This goes along with what we already heard. But that's good news they are actually quoting a time frame. In the past (via email) they wouldn't even acknowledge that they were working on it.

By the way speaking of software... if anybody wants EncoreViewer v1.0 with a DT3500 Smart Card reader for about $70... I am selling mine. Barely used it a month when I switched to the PR machine.

This provider said my insurance would only pay for a basic unit and not a auto as it was for sleep labs and medical facilities. That's a bunch of crap. Get your doctor to specifically state what machine you want (right down to the model number) and they have to provide it. Auto is not for sleep lab...

The software is coming. They are working on it.

In the mean time, a daily reset will get you some data off the LCD screen that can be plotted in a spread sheet.
