Re: Seems everyone has Cpaps now
I would love to see some data on how many people that are tested for apnea are determined NOT to have it. Seems like if you get the test, you have it - which makes me think it is the new popular condition in the medical field.

Re: Is there a CPAP Honeymoon Syndrome??
I had the same experience -- after about a month my numbers were in a good place and I felt better. Then, although still 100% compliant, I begin to feel exhausted again. I experimented with various masks, and finally got the Quattro FX. At first it was great, but then began leaking. So I switched to...

Re: Quattro FX Questions
Sometimes it gets a bit sweaty between my face and the interface, so I ordered the pad-a-cheek cloth piece that goes in between my face and my mask (can't remember what it is called). I'll try it tonight for the first time! Hope it reduces the dampness.

Re: Directions for Toilet Seat covering.
How is this different from the Pad A Cheek mask liner (other than it costs less). How do you keep it in place?

Re: MASK LINER
I hope it turns out that there are fewer leaks with the liner when you are lying down. I ordered a liner that is due here today or tomorrow. Did yours work out?

Re: Question . . . .
I've been at this more than two years, and rarely have had more than a few nights that I wasn't frequently awakened by leaks. RT fitted my Quattro FX so it worked great -- for two weeks, and now I can't get it to stay sealed. Discouraging. Yes, I am better off with CPAP, when it works, but it works ...

Question . . . .
Which is better: Sleeping through the night (or maybe waking up once) or waking up every 1.5 hours throughout the night? The first is without the mask, and the latter is with.

Re: New, please help with what are OK numbers and Quattro FX
Once you get the new headgear, do give the FX another chance. Watch the video on how to put it on - that makes a huge difference. Also, my RT told me to really tighten down the straps, which made things better. Best of luck to you both!

Re: XP machine dying and Infineer reader
Thanks, Physicsbob, I'll have to try that (once I get it running again -- installing Natty Narwhal messed everything up!). And thanks to the rest of you for your suggestions. My Mac is an old MacMini, so I think the Linux answer will be the best option once its problems are solved.

XP machine dying and Infineer reader
Good morning! I've been using encore viewer to see my data, using an Infineer card reader with my Windows XP computer. However, that computer is on its last legs. Has anyone yet found a driver and software so I can use the card reader either on my Mac or my Linux Ubuntu machine? I know about Onkor, ...
