Heating system tubes under the pajamas.

I bought F20 today. I am waiting for the evening.

What are the differences between Resmed FF Airfit F10, F20? Which one is better?

If I had breasts, heating would be more effective.

The silicone tube is very nice to touch.
In order not to get tangled, I often put under pajamas, fasten buttons and I can easily fall sideways.
I can not imagine with a plastic tube.
