Respironics FullLife Report
Today, after waiting 2 weeks (not too bad), I was able to try the new Respironics FullLife full face mask at my local Apria DME. Upon initial donning of the mask, without the CPAP pressure, I thought that it really felt comfortable. To prevent all leaks (my pressure is 16.5), we had to really tighte...

Re: Padacheek nose bridge pad trial
Karen, I am already using your regular Pad A Cheek nose bridge protector and it works great! No more bloody nose. Still have some redness, but that goes away soon after I wake up. I'm not sure thicker fabric would work any better in my situation, but the idea of sending out both thicknesses sounds l...

I don't know about number 8, but I do know that number 5 won't work well due to the fact that my guests will be holding the cans of beer.

Re: Does Insurance pay.....
You might have to do a little research in your state (Cali?) Where I live they cant bill but DME companies do them for free with the idea that if its positive you'll have a sleep study and therefor need a friendly DME company, ie business!! You might just call a local DME and ask... and then a seco...

Five nights of data at 16.5 CPAP. I can't seem to get the leaks under control at this high pressure. http://i725.photobucket.com/albums/ww257/orycp/CPAP071409.jpg http://i725.photobucket.com/albums/ww257/orycp/CPAP071509.jpg http://i725.photobucket.com/albums/ww257/orycp/CPAP071609.jpg http://i725.p...

Re: AHI<2....Still feel tired
Thanks Den and Jim for the replys. Not knowing how long each morning it will take to clean wheel bearing grease off of my face, tonight I will start over with a clean face and a single pressure. I tried 15 and 15.5 in the beginning before APAP and my wife told me I was still snoring. I guess I will ...

Re: AHI<2....Still feel tired
Forget what the data says until you get the leak rate between 35 to 40 LPM, also if you don't lower the top pressure use CPAP as Den says. Tape will help the nose heal, but keep the mask pressure even by adjusting the straps, the mask needs to set flat on your face. Jim Goof, I think the mask is fl...
