From what I remember reading before. The Remstar Pro only gives compliance data.

Re: Another question about blowfish / chipmunk cheeks
Chipmunk Cheeks I love it! You may find that the chin strap was putting pressure on your cheeks and that helped prevent it from happening. Yes, you can change the settings but without having data capabilities you would just be guessing and possibly not getting the therapy you need. Chuck

Re: Good nasal pillow mask for side sleeping?
I use the Swift LT and have not had a problem with side sleeping. It did take awhile to find the right strap adjustment for it to work but that is true of every mask.

Re: fell asleep on the couch today....
We have all done that! I did it yesterday at my in-laws and my wife informed me when I woke up that I was snoring. "Seek & Destroy" was not with me either! Needless to say I'm a metal hose head!

Joan, Congratulations on the weight loss! It sounds like you are well on your way to a successful therapy but you are correct. It may take some time to get i "just right". Some nights will be better then others but your being proactive in your quest for a good nights sleep and it will get there! I f...

Re: first night successful
First of all...Welcome!!! You will want to check out the "Our Wisdom" part of the forums because it will help answer a lot of your initial questions. The red marks from the mask will go away with adjustments to your gear. I believe most people have the straps too tight when they first start out but ...

Re: New User: Cleaning CPAP Machine Humidifier Reservoir
I just wipe mine out before I refill it but other people will wash theirs out with a mild soap and rinse it out very well. I believe there was something about this in the "our wisdom" section of the forum. Look at the top right of the page and check that area out.

Re: Hello ~ hanging in there but not "there" yet
From what I have read on here it may take awhile to start feeling better. Some get instant results but most have to work towards that goal. How are your leak numbers? Is it possible that your exhausting air through your mouth?

Re: Is it really okay to tape your mouth ?
Hi Trueblue, Because of the nature of the subject, I am not making a suggestion one way or another. But, this is what I do. I have had the same thoughts as you about taping and power outages. I am also one of those people who need to tape their mouth because I "puff" air out of my mouth if I do not....

Re: Encore Viewer software version
Jitushah,
I believed I paid just over $100 for the used reader and software. It was $100 well spend but like it was stated before...it will only do you good if your machine is data capable.

Encore Viewer software version
Good Morning Everyone! I purchased my Encore Viewer software and card reader on Ebay about two weeks ago and have been very happy with the data that it has been allowing me to see. My question has to do with the software version I have. The release notes state that it is version 1.0.0.003 and I am w...
