Re: New computer, need ResScan and SleepyHead

SleepyHead hasn't been updated in a long time. I doubt if it is Windows 11 compatible. You can request ResScan from the apnea board forum. Must be signed in to see the instructions. https://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-pressure/change-cpap-pressure-settings-adjusting-your-machine-with-a-clinician-...

Re: Side Sleeper Support

I had much better luck with finding something to support my back when on my side when I used a bed pillow made with buckwheat hulls.
The support feels great on the back and the added weight of the hulls keeps the pillow from sliding all over the place.

Re: Swift LT Mask

Right off the top of my head I can't think of the other mask like the LT that can be routed over the head like you prefer but I do believe there is or was one. For some reason I am thinking one of the F & P nasal pillow masks but I just don't remember exactly. At any rate just about any of the nasal...

Do you take any medications of any kind for any reason? If so, what?

Do you have any other physical or mental health issues going on?

Re: Resmed AirSense 10 AutoSet - Is automatic setup better than fixed pressure?

I prefer auto adjusting pressures myself. I learned a long time ago that my pressure needs during REM Stage sleep (where my OSA is much, much worse) were a LOT higher than what I would need during non REM sleep. If I were to try the fixed pressure route then I might need 15 to 18 cm all night long.....

Re: Can Resmed Air 10 AutoSet has its clinical menu locked?

In well over 15 years on cpap and having owned well over a dozen machines (that I purchased privately) I have never had a machine where the secret handshake and button pushing wouldn't unlock the setup menu. Never heard of it happening either. There really is no reason to permanently lock that featu...

What can be locked can also be unlocked and very easily. Just a little matter of combination button pushing.

Re: Started using new mask and still getting leaks

Either the sizing is wrong or the fitting is wrong or this mask is simply not suitable for your facial structure.

Re: Feel Like I'm Starting Over....

Yeah use Oscar. SleepyHead probably wouldn't work with the AirCurve 11 models anyway. It hasn't been updated in a long long time. SleepHQ lets us zoom in on flow data if we want or need to. It may or may not be something useful. OSCAR is/was based on SleepyHead though so it will look familiar to you...

Re: Does a 'short tube cover' exist?

I have used a hose cover (one of Padacheek's) for years on a heated hose without anything overheating. All that happens is you end up using less electricity to maintain whatever hose air temp you end up selecting. If the price of a short hose cozy/cover stops someone.....use what I used before I spr...
