It is NOT a common charge and there is a reason that insurance/Medicare doesn't pay for it. They (insurance) doesn't think it is needed because it isn't.

I had much better luck with finding something to support my back when on my side when I used a bed pillow made with buckwheat hulls.
The support feels great on the back and the added weight of the hulls keeps the pillow from sliding all over the place.

I prefer auto adjusting pressures myself. I learned a long time ago that my pressure needs during REM Stage sleep (where my OSA is much, much worse) were a LOT higher than what I would need during non REM sleep.
