Re: Need help - past month felt exhausted (Oscar screens included!)
If you are sleeping soundly for the most part and the report details aren't very exciting and you are getting adequate hours of sleep.....medication side effects or other health issues is most likely going to be the cause of increased fatigue at this stage of your therapy. Unwanted medication side e...

Re: Need help - past month felt exhausted (Oscar screens included!)
You might look at the semaglutide side effects.....fatigue is a well known common side effect.
From a quick look I didn't see much that we might blame on the Accutane but I just did a quick look.

Re: Need help - past month felt exhausted (Oscar screens included!)
Do you remember waking very often during whatever hours you slept? Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what? Have you had any change in medications or dosage or general health that could maybe explain the change in fatigue levels? Any new diagnosis???? Your reports don't stand up screami...

Re: Charge for Monitoring PAP machine
Pugsy - Any clue about the mechanics of monitoring? Sorry, no clue as to how often things actually get monitored or what is getting monitored or who can access the monitoring platform whatever it is. BTW if you have Medicare and no one told you via an ABN (advanced beneficiary notice) and so you di...

Re: Charge for Monitoring PAP machine
It is NOT a common charge and there is a reason that insurance/Medicare doesn't pay for it. They (insurance) doesn't think it is needed because it isn't.

Re: Unusually high AHi readings on Cpap
Need more information please.
Like the composition of the AHI in question and some detailed reports to try to figure out if real asleep event flagging or awake arousal related flagging.
Also......are you sleeping soundly or having a lot of wake ups?
Medications? Anything new or change in dosage?

SleepyHead hasn't been updated in a long time. I doubt if it is Windows 11 compatible. You can request ResScan from the apnea board forum. Must be signed in to see the instructions. https://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-pressure/change-cpap-pressure-settings-adjusting-your-machine-with-a-clinician-...

Re: Side Sleeper Support
I had much better luck with finding something to support my back when on my side when I used a bed pillow made with buckwheat hulls.
The support feels great on the back and the added weight of the hulls keeps the pillow from sliding all over the place.

Re: Swift LT Mask
Right off the top of my head I can't think of the other mask like the LT that can be routed over the head like you prefer but I do believe there is or was one. For some reason I am thinking one of the F & P nasal pillow masks but I just don't remember exactly. At any rate just about any of the nasal...

Re: Resmed AirSense 10 AutoSet - Is automatic setup better than fixed pressure?
I prefer auto adjusting pressures myself. I learned a long time ago that my pressure needs during REM Stage sleep (where my OSA is much, much worse) were a LOT higher than what I would need during non REM sleep. If I were to try the fixed pressure route then I might need 15 to 18 cm all night long.....

Re: Can Resmed Air 10 AutoSet has its clinical menu locked?
In well over 15 years on cpap and having owned well over a dozen machines (that I purchased privately) I have never had a machine where the secret handshake and button pushing wouldn't unlock the setup menu. Never heard of it happening either. There really is no reason to permanently lock that featu...

What can be locked can also be unlocked and very easily. Just a little matter of combination button pushing.

Re: Started using new mask and still getting leaks
Either the sizing is wrong or the fitting is wrong or this mask is simply not suitable for your facial structure.
