I did nothing different on 5/18 to get those good numbers. I have been trying to go to bed about the same time each night, and do nothing different prior to bed.

Does changing my pressure settings on my own affect my compliance as far as insurance is concerned?

A sleep dr (who I never met) prescribed the pressure after my titration study indicated I did well at that pressure. The results were sent to my ent who did the prescription.
