I had the same problem, i got the pad-a-cheek for my mask and it covered the forehead and bridge of my nose part and I haven't had a problem since then. check into it

Looks like 7.5cm on the ramp pressure is my 'sweet spot' but I increased the time from 15 to 30 mins. I had to hit it a couple times last night to be able to fall asleep. I am thinking about turning the C-Flex down from 3 to 2 to see how I like that. I think the mask rise/fall is a little annoying....
