Re: Holidays: Time for Family, Friends, and Germs
Great post, Carolyn! I'm going to add 'Ginger Tea' to the good list. My brother recommended it and it does wonders! I hope you and your family will like it too. I especially like the basic instructions which are all I can handle under sinus pressure: Cut a few slivers of ginger root into a cup Pour ...

MtnViewer has added to the list: * 7. Using Tape or a plastic Bandage Here's a sample of the great addition: I've used plastic bandages for temporary relief or for healing a sore, but for the last couple of months I've been using 3M Transpore surgical tape on my nose bridge. Yet new user after new user visits and asks, "How can I cope or combat the pain on the bridge of my nose?" There's got to be a better way of building the knowledg...

Good call getting two masks. You'll want a backup on the boat, and it's great to switch between nasal pillows and nasal. Many people find it gives their face and nose relief to switch it up a bit. Here is a fit instruction video on the Swift LT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9U81aasaQHw. Be sure t...

Re: Severe Vitamin D Deficiency...So Bummed!
Vitamin D deficiency was extremely common during the Industrial Revolution (it may have been its first major appearance). People just weren't outside much, and the outside air was full of smog and tall buildings anyway. Pair that with little access to all those Vitamin rich foods and you had a lot o...

Re: Reminder about corelation of OSA/CA & depression
I have been reading about deficiency of vitamin D. Low levels of D are correlated with many things, among which are depression and sleep disorders. You might add that to your formula. Great point!
