Re: POLL-How much do you use your humidifier????
I live in South Fla also. I used mine a few times now I don't even use it. I disconnected mine and put it back in the box, I sleep just fine without it. Like others I wouldn't do that up north.

Re: Why need Rx for cpapauction.com ?
I live in Fl I got my Remstar plus with less than 100 hours for $85.00 on Craigslist in my area there is about a dozen of them for sale. But unfortunately a lot of people think they can sell a used cpap for $300,$400,$500 which is insane.

Re: Can you sell a used mask?
I see people posting ads with the used online places for used xPAP equipment up here all the time. It is always the same... they ask ridiculous prices and the ads linger for weeks until they find some uninformed fool willing to pay their price or they give up. Ask a reasonable price and you will se...

Re: Can you sell a used mask?
Give Craigslist a shot, I bought my machine and both of my masks there. I see quite of bit of cpap' and accessories for sale.
Just don't expect to get full price for it most people who are paying cash are doing so because they don't have insurance..etc

I agree it's all about money, Luckily there are plenty of CPAP' available on craigslist and other places where you can usually buy them for significantly less.

is it posssible to use Remstar Plus without the humidifier attached? I live in Fl and have no use for and on top of that the tank leaks anyway. The problem I have is that my hose won't fit into machine itself,It needs an adapter.

Re: C-Flex Affects
My husband turned off both A&CFlex after about a month because he said they altered his breathing pattern making him inhale before he had finished his exhale, and also made him feel gassy. He does fine now at 12.5 pressure, no flex. I did the same thing. I hated C-Flex it was confusing and I tossed...

Re: leaky reservoir
no it's not cracked at all. I checked it thoroughly and checked to see if the metal plate was bent and it's fine also. I can't figure it out. I thought maybe silicone sealant would work.
