I am a little confused with my new machine. I was on an older BIPAP, loved it actually. I am always on a timed setting. The new machine, when I turn it on, like plug it in, there is a number, and the number is always 2 hours less than my theraphy hours. I dont understand this. CAn any one help me ? ...

I got a new second hand syncrony.

The blower hours says 2415, and the patient hours says 2417.

I dont understand the differance.

Does it mean it was only used for two hours?

Which one do I go by if I want to get it serviced?
