Had some big storms roll through Dallas last night. It was my first time waking up with the power out. I pretty much woke up right away from the change in ability to breath!

Does anyone do this? I take mine off sometimes and I dont even realize it until morning.

Ok..I think we need to perform a scientific test here. Im going to measure my nostril and take pics. Then Ill re measure every month after that.

Oh mine dont leak at all. That isnt an issue. Im just think that when they expand they may stretch yoru nostrils out over time.

I use the large size nasal pillow. So maybe Im not crazy? I swear the pillows expanding in your nose everynight has got to take a toll on the size of your nostril.

LOL...so true! and yes my fingers are quite large.

I have noticed one thing.....My sinuses are no longer screwed up liek they used to be. Im sure the moisture through the cpap machine is helping this. Im also using some type of nose spray the doctor prescribed

Maybe I just never realized how big my nostrils really were? I dont know I think I may just be thinking crazy here.

I have been using a cpap machine for the past few weeks. So far so good other than sometimes I unknowingly take the mask off in the middle of the night. Does anyone think the nasal pillows make their nostrils bigger? Its seems like my nostrils are stretching out. Am I just thinking crazy here or what?

I have only been on cpap for a little over a week now. I use the nose pillows and it works great.

There was one sleep lab tech I had that I wish would grop me during the night. Some guys pay good money to be groped.

Tonight will be day 6 and I look forward to putting the machine on. I love the air being forced into my nose. I have no problems sleeping. I am new to the cpap lifestyle but I use nasal pillows and love them. I tried several different types at the sleep study and settled on the one I currently use. I too though I was a mouth breather but when you have pressure pumping into your nose it makes it pretty easy to breath through it.
