adaptive servo ventilation for central sleep apnea
my original diagnosis was obstructive sleep apnea ..with some central sleep apnea i have lost 35 lbs {doctors orders} ...and now i seem to be left with central sleep apnea ..my brain is not sending my body a signal to breath ...causing many arousals since I have been diagnosed with central sleep apn...

ok thanks i am new to this question my leak rate is going to be off because i am not using a resmed mask i know that now .i cant change that i have a good seal .78 l/s will my other reading be somewhat acurate ahi 22 ah 13 hi 9 my pressure reads no data for the last 3 nights ...not sure why ....leak...

today"s data pressure ...says no data leak .80l/s ahi 22 ai 13 hi 9 hm...why no pressure reading? ....and leak is too high ? in the settings it says ultra ...i am using a fisher/paykel.flexfit 407 nasal mask...no setting for that brand ??? i set my leak alarm to on ..so i can see what is causing my ...

my pressure is set at 9
i have a nasal mask and found myself waking with a dry mouth and my mouth was open ...causing air to leak out
anyway ...will try again tonight ....i have pleanty of time ...

my ahi was 57 per hr ...severe sleep apnea ...i have lost 40 lbs 231 down to 189 now since oct 2008 i need to get my ahi down below 15 per hr or my employer wont let me back to work money is tight and i am trying to phacilitate my return to work faster i am new to sleep apnea ...just diagnosed ...2 ...
