I use the Swift FX Bella and it only goes around your ears and then they sell covers for the straps so you won't get any marks on your face. It is the best.

I have Kaiser and they go through Apria Healthcare but when I had PPO coverage I had a local place and they did the billing to the insurance company and I only had to pay the copay it was great. Call some local places that sell cpap equipment.
