I have some Ambien but I have been trying to fall asleep without it. Right now I'm trying to get to bed around 10:30 and I give it up around midnight during the week. I also think I might to try to sleep with the mask but with the machine off.

I have registered and am replying to my original post. I think that if I switch to cpap mode then it might make it easier to go to sleep. I also ordered a swift mask but I'm worried that I might get mouth leaks. I was just wondering if anyone else found it hard to fall asleep at first. I'm comfortab...
