Re: .oo leak, but still getting some AHI #'s
Thanks O. I am happy with my AHI, but I just thought that if I am not getting leaks, my #'s should be better. But I am not complaining. Ya, once I got my Swift LT figured out, I am more then happy with that mask.

.oo leak, but still getting some AHI #'s
For the last 3 nights, I have been getting .00 leaks, but my numbers still are there. AI has been around .6
HI has been around 8.0, and AHI around 8.6. Does this mean that I might need to up my pressure?

Re: WOW!! I cant believe it.
It took me a while to figure out the strap tension on my Quattro to get my #'s down, (although I still have an open (but healing) wound on my nose bridge). Then to my horror and dismay, my #'s shot back up and I started feeling as though I were totally off of PAP therapy. After MUCH experimentation...

Re: HOW DO YOU WEAR YOUR SWIFT LT?
I was wearing mine hooked to the clip on top strap, but last night, I realized that it was hitting the headboard on my bed, so I unhooked it, and just leave it hanging down under the covers. That seemed to work better for me.

Re: Need help with the Swift LT Nasal pillows
Hi---what helps me is that I sit up in bed and adjust the angle that the pillows seat on my nares by tilting up and down. Then when I get a good seal, I lay down and I am out! The trick is also don't over tighten the straps ---keep them pretty loose. Having the Resmed Logo facing upward will help a...

WOW!! I cant believe it.

Well, I gave the swift LT one more try last night, and I cant believe my results. 7.5 hours Leaks- .00 AI-.1 HI-4.0 AHA-4.1 The only things I changed, were adjusting the straps ...

I dont have any larges left, but I do have one medium left. If no one has one to trade with you, I would sure take them off your hands for you.

Re: I'm this close to giving up!!
I got the large, medium, and the small. They told to start with the medium, so I did. I lasted 2 nights with the medium, and fought it the whole way. Switched to the small, and that seemed to work much better.

Re: I'm this close to giving up!!
Ok, a little update. I just got home from work and I dug out the Swift to see if I could get it to fit right. I found that I had the straps all wrong. I adjusted the top strap tighter, and that brought the strap away from the top of my ears, that alone was a big improvement. I had an idea for riging...

I have a large ultra mirage full face mask you are welcome to try and keep if it fits. I also have a medium comfortgel nasal mask you can try. Both have been used a couple of nights.
